Step 2 — Your assessment is reviewed personally Before your consultation, Cassandra reviews your child's full assessment. You arrive at your consultation with a naturopath who already knows your child's situation.

Step 3 — Your 15-minute telehealth consultation A private video call with Cassandra - a qualified naturopath specialising in childhood skin health. She'll discuss your child's concern, answer your questions, and determine the most appropriate approach for your child specifically.

Step 4 — Your preparation is compounded for your child Following your consultation, a topical herbal preparation will be prepared specifically for your child. Labelled with their name. Made for them. Not a generic product off a shelf.

Step 5 — Dispatched within 48 hours Carefully packed and posted to your door anywhere in Australia. You'll receive a shipping notification when it's on its way.

Step 6 — Your day 14 check-in Cassandra personally checks in at the two-week mark to see how your child is progressing - at no extra cost.
