FAQ

How do I book my consultation? After payment you'll receive an email with a single link. That link takes you to our booking system where you complete your child's skin assessment and choose your consultation time — all in one step. It takes approximately 8–10 minutes.

How soon can I get a consultation? Once you complete your assessment and booking you'll receive an immediate confirmation of your appointment time.

What happens during the 15-minute consultation? Cassandra will have already reviewed your child's assessment before you speak. Your consultation covers your child's specific skin concern, their health history, any questions you have, and the naturopathic approach most appropriate for your child. It's a focused, efficient, and genuinely personal clinical conversation.

What if my child is not suitable? If following consultation Cassandra determines this preparation is not clinically appropriate for your child, you receive a full refund promptly. No questions asked.

Is this available outside Perth? Yes — consultations are conducted via telehealth and are available to families anywhere in Australia. Preparations are dispatched via Australia Post nationally.

How long does delivery take? Your preparation is dispatched within 48 hours of your consultation. Standard Australia Post delivery then applies — typically 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Is this a TGA-listed medicine? No. Dermastate preparations are naturopath-compounded preparations produced specifically for individual patients following clinical consultation. They are not TGA-listed medicines and are supplied exclusively by Cassandra as a qualified ANTA-member naturopath following individual assessment.

How is this different from buying a cream online? It isn't a cream you add to a cart. It is a naturopath consultation that results in a preparation made specifically for your child. Cassandra reads your child's assessment, speaks with you personally, and compounds a preparation for your child specifically. No two preparations are identical.

Can I claim on private health insurance? Many private health funds cover naturopath consultations. We recommend checking with your individual fund. A receipt can be provided following your consultation for submission to your fund.

Do I need a GP referral? No referral required. Book directly through this website.

Are repeats allowed? For repeat supply of your child's preparation — if it has been 3–6 months since your last consultation and the condition remains stable, a repeat may be appropriate following a brief review. If it has been over 6 months a telehealth check-in is recommended. Over 12 months a full new consultation is required.
